草甘膦对稻田土壤酶活力与土壤呼吸强度的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为探讨除草剂草甘磷对水稻田土壤微生物的影响,在室内模拟田间环境条件,对土壤施用不同浓度的草甘磷(0.000、0.006、0.058、0.567、5.321μg/g干土),测定不同时间内土壤微生物呼吸强度和土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:草甘磷对蛋白酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶的活性在一定时间内有很强的抑制作用;草甘膦对脲酶影响规律性不强,表现为轻微的抑制作用;施用适量的草甘膦一周后,土壤呼吸强度增强。这说明草甘膦对土壤微生物的新陈代谢有影响,一定程度地破坏了土壤微生态系统的平衡,但是这种影响在一段时间(16 d)后可以恢复,施用剂量越小越容易恢复,剂量越大越难恢复。 In order to discuss the influences of herbicide glyphosate on soil microorganism in paddy-field, under indoor simulated field environmental conditions and applied different concentrations of glyphosate (0.000, 0.006, 0.058, 0.567 and 5.321 μg/g dry soil) to soil, the change laws of soil microbial respiratory intensity and soil enzyme activity at different time were determined. The results indicated that glyphosate has strong inhibitory effect on activities of protease, sucrase and catalase in a certain time; glyphosate has influence on urease with low regularity, which expressed as slightly inhibitory effect; soil respiratory intensity increased at a week after applied proper dosage of glyphosate. Therefore, it can be concluded that glyphosate has influence on metabolism of soil microorganism, and it also destroyed the balance of soil micro ecosystem in a certain level, hut these influences can be recuperated after a certain time (16 d), the more lower the dosage applied, the more easy the influences recuperate, and vice versa.
