摘要
BALIS("北京地区高校图书馆文献资源保障体系")馆际互借服务运行三年多,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。文章以BALIS馆际互借服务的运营管理为切入点,总结分析该体系的优势。对BALIS馆际互借服务的体系构建、过程控制、效益评估的问题进行详细描述,并提出当前工作存在的问题及解决的对策。
BALIS（＂Beijing Academic Library Information System＂） interlibrary loan service has been running more than three years,and has made remarkable achievements.This paper starts from the BALIS operation and management of interlibrary loan.Summarizes and analyzes the advantages of the system.At last gives a detailed description of the interlibrary loan system construction,process control,efficiency assessment,and propose the current work problems and the Solution.
