摘要
采用树脂吸附—Fenton试剂氧化组合工艺对某炼油企业炼油碱渣废水进行预处理。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:3种树脂串联吸附,废水流量0.33 mL/min,H2O2加入量0.20 mol/L,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=12,Fenton试剂氧化进水pH 3,Fenton试剂氧化反应时间120 min。在此条件下,废水的COD去除率为98.0%,BOD5/COD由0.09提高到0.70,可生化性有了较大的提高,为后续生化处理创造了条件。
The wastewater containing refining alkaline residue from an oil refining factory was pretreated by the resin adsorption -Fenton reagent oxidation process. The optimum process conditions are determined by experiments as follows : adsorption in series using 3 kinds of resin, wastewater flow 0.33 mL/min, H2Oz dosage 0.20 mol/L, n( H202 ) : n( Fe2+ ) = 12, Fenton reagent oxidation influent pH 3, Fenton reagent oxidation time 120 rain. Under these conditions, the COD removal rate is 98.0% and BOD5/COD is increased from 0.09 to 0.70. The great improvement of the wastewater biodegradability creates a favorable condition for further bio-treatment.
