摘要
目的:观察功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠小肠运动和胃动素、P物质水平的变化,探讨舒胃方治疗FD的作用机制。方法:采用不规则喂养配合夹尾激怒的方法建立FD大鼠模型。将48只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、吗丁啉组(0.01 mL.g-1)、舒胃方低、中、高(6.25,12.5,25 g.kg-1)剂量组和模型组,每组8只。放射免疫法检测血浆胃动素(MTL)和P物质(SP)水平,以酚红法观察小肠推进率。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠小肠推进率和血浆MTL,SP的水平明显降低(均P<0.05),与模型组相比,吗丁啉和舒胃方低、中、高剂量组大鼠血浆MTL,SP的水平明显升高(P<0.05),舒胃方高剂量组小肠推进率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:舒胃方能促进小肠推进率并且能增高模型大鼠血浆MTL,SP的水平,可能是其治疗FD的作用机制之一。
Objective:To observe the changes of small intestines movement and motilin,substance P(SP) levels of rats with functional dyspepsia,to discuss the mechanism.Method: The animal model of functional dyspepsia was established by irregular feeding and stimulating tails of the rats.Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomized into control group,madinglin group,high,middle and low dose groups of shuweifang and modle group,8 rats in each group.The content of motilin and substance P in plasma were determined by radiommunoassay.And advance rate of small intestines were observed with phenolsulfonphthalein.Result: Compared to the control group,the contents of Motilin(MTL),SP and advance rate of small intestines in model group were obviously decreased(P0.05),while in the Shuweifang and Madinglin group increased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion:Shuweifang can increase the contents of MTL and SP in the plasma of model rats and promote advance rate of small intestines which is probably one of the mechanisms in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
