摘要
美国州立图书馆与档案馆,通过已有网站开展政府信息公开服务,是公民在线获取政府信息的重要场所。笔者选取华盛顿州、伊利诺伊州、纽约州、德克萨斯州、印第安纳州和佛罗里达州的州立图书馆和档案馆,从提供服务的基本情况、提供服务的内容及提供服务的方式三个方面介绍在线政府信息公开服务的现状,并比较二者的特征。
By providing government information service through Websites,state libraries and state archives are important locations where Americans obtain governmental information.State libraries and state archives of Washington,Illinois,New York,Texas,Indiana and Florida have been chosen to prove.The author discusses the government information disclosure service in three aspects of basic situation,content and mode,and makes further comparison on features between state libraries and state archives.The overview and contrast on government information disclosure online service between libraries and archives in the six states may have great reference meaning in China＇s practice.
