摘要
高校是培养社会主义人才、宣传社会主义理论的重要阵地,高校基层党组织是党执政的组织基础。但是,新形势下高校在党组织建设中存在着众多问题,如高校党政工作不甚协调;基层党组织设置不够完善、高校思想政治教育工作力度不够;大学生入党动机不纯粹,有待加强考察;网络技术的快速发展及大力应用,给新时期的高校党建和思想政治建设工作带来新挑战等。如不能正确解决这些问题,会给高校基层党组织建设带来更多困难。
Under the new circumstance,there are some problems in the grass-roots Party organization in colleges and the rapid development of information technology brought about the challenges to the building of grass-roots Party organization and the ideological and theoretical education in colleges.Because the grass-roots Party organization is the foundation for a ruling party,the building of grass-roots Party organization would have met more difficulties if those problems mentioned above had not been solved correctly.
