摘要
背景注射痛是异丙酚常见的副作用,不仅增加了患者的紧张焦虑,而且影响了麻醉的平稳。目的总结预防异丙酚注射痛的方法。内容减轻注射痛的机制主要是稳定细胞膜,降低异丙酚水相浓度。措施为使用有全身或局部镇痛作用的药物,不同药物采用不同的预注时间和剂量或配合止血带等物理方法效果更明显。趋向预防异丙酚注射痛的方法众多,效果确切,目前仍在不断地改进,临床工作者可根据实际情况选择最熟练和简便的方法。
Background Injection pain is a common adverse effect of propofol, not only enhances the tension of the patient, but also breaks the smooth of the anesthesia. Objective We summarize the strategies of propofol in reducing injection pain. Content Mechanism involves stabilizing the cell membrane and changing the water phase concentration of propofol. Local or general anesthetics are applied. Dose or interval of the premeditation differs. Combining medicine with physical method such as a tourniquet appears more effective. Trend Numerous methods to reduce propofol injection pain exhibit positive effects, but it still need to be improved. A simple and convenient way should be adopted in clinical use.
