摘要
运用现代化、城镇化和新农村建设等基本理论,从城镇化和新农村建设互动关系的角度分析资源型县域新农村建设面临的问题,认为城镇化滞后和新农村建设偏离城镇化方向是影响资源型县域新农村建设的关键因素,应推进城镇化建设和新农村建设的有效结合,快速推进城镇化是资源型县域新农村建设的根本出路。
This paper applies the basic theory of modernization, urbanization and new rural construction to ana- lyse the difficulties and problems of new rural construction in resources counties from the aspect of interactive rela- tionship between the urbanism and the new rural construction. At the same time it shows that the key factors which influence the new rural construction in resources counties lie in two aspects. One is that the urbanism is too slow, and the other is the new rural construction deviates from the direction of urbanism. The paper not only explore the urbanization and new rural construction integration of new development ideas, but also points out that rapid urban- ism is the basic way of new rural construction in the resources counties.
