摘要
目的比较静脉留置针与一次性静脉输液针在临床护理工作中应用的优缺点。方法选择100例在临床上使用过静脉留置针也使用过一次性静脉输液针的患者对两组技术操作进行相同项目问卷调查及50例护理工作人员对静脉留置针使用进行问卷调查,记录患者对两种穿刺方法的感受和满意率,护理人员使用静脉留置针的感受。结果两种穿刺方法使用于不同的患者各有优缺点。结论一次性静脉输液针简单快捷、方便,而留置针更适用于危重抢救及老年患者但会增加少许成本。
Objective Compare intravenous catheter with a one-time intravenous infusion needle in the clinical application of the advantages and disadvantages of nursing work.Methods 100 cases of clinically used intravenous catheter is also used in patients with single intravenous infusion needle technical operations for the two groups the same item questionnaire and 50 nursing staff on the use of intravenous catheter survey.Records of patients on the two kinds of feelings and puncture method satisfaction,the nursing staff using intravenous catheter feelings.Results Puncture method uses the results of two kinds of patients in different advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion Single intravenous infusion needle quick and easy,convenient,and the catheter is more suitable for rescue and elderly patients in critical but a slight increase in cost.
