摘要
目的进一步观察了解临床中阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的治疗效果,为临床中使用阿托伐他汀钙片提供依据。方法选取在2008年12月～2010年12月期间收治的88例冠心病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。将所有的患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予患者阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组中给予患者血脂康片进行治疗,观察两组患者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯及高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标的变化情况。结果治疗4周后与治疗前比较,组内患者的血脂水平有非常显著的统计学差异(P<0.01),而组间相比无显著的统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组之间比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病高脂血症可以取得满意的疗效。
Objective To further understand the clinical observation of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined hyperlipidemia treatment for the clinical use of atorvastatin calcium effect provide a basis. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010,88 cases were treated during the combined hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease patients for the study,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were randomly divided into treatment groups of patients given atorvastatin calcium in the control group were given tablets Xuezhikang treatment,were observed in total cholesterol,triglycerides and high LDL cholesterol changes in other indicators. Results After 4 weeks before treatment of patients with lipid levels within the group there was a significant statistical difference（P〈0.01） ,and compared between the groups was no significant statistical difference（P〉0.05）;after 8 weeks treatment,between the two groups was significant statistical difference（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium hyperlipidemia treatment of coronary heart disease can achieve satisfactory results.
