摘要 针对广东省山岭地区道路的特殊情况,研究了进行山岭公路、桥梁裂缝和边坡滑坡监控的视频监控系统的设计与实现。分别针对各情况进行图像处理研究,设计了适合的图片识别与分析方法,通过各种灾害的视频图像的预处理以及后处理、特征提取和分析,为预警结果提供数据基础支持。最后对于上述情况的灾害预警效果的测试,通过分析检测出灾害的发生,及时给出报警信号。检测结果表明了该系统的有效性,同时扩展和丰富了前人的研究成果。 Based on the special situation of Guangdong province' s mountainous region roads, the system for monitoring and earlywarning of road disaster, bridges cracks and slope landslide is researched and developed, based on video image. With the study of processing of each kinds of images, suitable methods are designed to recognition and analysis for image. Through a variety ofpre-disaster and post-processing, feature extraction and analysis, early warning with data support is provided. Finally the disaster early warning tests focused on the above conditions are given and by analyzing the occurrence of disasters, the alarm signal is given timely. In all, the study achieved some results and it also exoanded and enriched the results of previous studies.
