摘要
低温下微生物的活性将大幅下降,使生物工艺的处理效能受到较大的影响。重庆李家沱污水处理厂采用CAST工艺,在冬季低温期的运行工况为:进水1 h—进水/曝气2 h—微曝1h—沉淀1 h—滗水1 h,为提高其脱氮效率,进行了运行参数的优化调控研究。结果表明:当控制主曝与微曝阶段的DO分别为2.0~3.0 mg/L和0.5 mg/L以下、MLSS为3 500~4 000 mg/L(相应的污泥龄为15~20 d)、污泥回流比约为30%时,系统的脱氮效果最好,平均脱氮率接近75%。
The microbial activity is significantly reduced at low temperature, which has a great influence on the efficiency of biological treatment process. CAST process is used in Chongqing Lijiatuo WWTP, and its operation pattern in low temperature period is as follows: influent 1 h, influent/aeration 2 h, slight aeration 1 h, sedimentation 1 h and decanting 1 h. The optimization of operation parameters was carried out to improve nitrogen removal efficiency. The result shows that optimal nitrogen removal efficiency can be achieved with an average nitrogen removal rate of 75% when DO during aeration period and slight aeration period is 2.0 to 3.0 mg/L and below 0.5 mg/L, MLSS is 3 500 to 4 000 mg/L, correspondingly, SRT of 15 to 20 d, and the sludge reflux ratio is 30%.
