摘要
阐述指出,我国碳纤维工业目前处于历史发展最好时期,具体呈现出投资额度大、生产规模大、技术日臻完善、设备比较精良等特点;但同时,我国碳纤维性能品级大多为通用型,且品种单一,品质欠佳,碳纤维工业尚处新兴产业的普及阶段,亟需产业技术提升,研制多品种高性能的碳纤维已迫在眉睫。并进一步指出有关攻坚的思路、方法和措施:生产优质低成本原料;提高装备技术水平,满足关键工艺需要;配套研发纺丝油剂、碳纤维表面上浆剂等辅剂;严格碳纤维品质监控等。实现我国碳纤维工业由普及到提高的全面飞越。
It is pointed out that China＇s carbon fiber industry is currently in the best time to develop for specifically reflected in the large investment,large scale production,improving technology,the more sophisticated equipment, etc.However,China＇s carbon fiber is mostly general purpose,single species and poor quality.The carbon fiber industry is still in universal stage to develop.It is imminent to develop variety of carbon fiber.Crucial ideas,methods and measures are pointed out that production of high quality low-cost raw materials;to improve the level of equipment and technology to meet critical process needs;studying the spin finish and carbon fiber surface sizing agents and auxiliary agents controlling the carbon fibers quality strictly so as to make the carbon fiber industry achieve comprehensively.
