The past couple of decades are Neusoft’s development history and also his reform history of property rights,who is the same as Lenovo and TCL,Liu Jiren as the professional manager of state-owned enterprise ultimately got part of enterprise property rights.By contrast we found Neusoft’s property right reform pattern is different from TCL’s'excess prots reward for equities'and also different from Lenovo's'dividends and stock equities in two-step tactic'.Lenovo's property right reform has remained at the level of holding-company,but Neusoft’s has further reached the level of group as a whole to enter listing and management as direct shareholders.
