摘要
基于能力、能力测评的定义以及能力测评项目(CAPs),结合高校考试的功能,提出采用能力测评计划(CAPs)替代传统单一的考试方式,使考试从知识导向变为能力导向。通过对高校学生的问卷调查,对能力测评计划与传统单一的考试方式在测定学生能力获得方面的数据进行了统计分析。通过比较和类推这两种高校考试模式,验证了能力测评计划在能力测评方面的作用以及改革高校考试方式的意义。
Using just one single assessment method is not sufficient to determine competence acquisition. Because examination is crucial way of university education assessment in China, Chinese universities examination have deficiency in assessment of college student＇s competence acquisition. This article argues for implementing university traditional testing methods reform by Competence Assessment Programs （CAPs） alternative for traditional testing methods based on literature review and empirical, transition knowledge orientation toward competence orientation.
