摘要
基于对本科财务管理专业培养目标的理解,构建了一个由技能性基础实验、课程单项实验、财务决策仿真模拟拓展实验和ERP沙盘对抗综合实验组成的多层次、阶梯式推进的财务管理专业实验教学内容体系,并从健全实验文档、规范实验过程、强化实验结果考核、提高实验教师技能与素质等方面,对如何加强实验教学质量控制进行了探讨。
The article designs and constructs a multi-level and staged system of financial management experimental teaching which consists of basic experiment, individual experiment, simulate experiment and ERP sand table comprehensive experiment based on the goal of training financial personnel in undergraduate course. Furthermore, the paper probes into the measures about how to strengthen quantity control of experimental teaching, for example, make necessary amendments to the roles and regulation, improve skill and quality of experimental teachers, and so on.
