摘要
高质量标准化人才的培养是有效推动标准化事业发展,实现质量兴国、质量强国战略目标的重要基础。本文在对浙江省103家企业进行调研、分析企业对标准化人才需求的基础上,深入探讨了管理型标准化人才的知识结构、能力结构,构建了标准化人才培养的三种基本模式。
The training of high-quality talents of standardization is an important base to accomplish the strategic goal of prospering and stronging the country with quality .Based on the research of 103 enterprises in Zhejiang province and the analysis on the demands for the talents of standardization of enterprises, three basic models of talents of standardization training were constructed and the structure of knowledge and abilities of managerial standardization talents were deeply discussed in this paper.
