摘要
采用经典设计法,由集总低通结构变换到交指型微带线结构。设计了2个频带分别是(1—1.41)G和(1.41—2)G的交指型微带线带通滤波器,从而解决了集总元件滤波器在高频范围内结构复杂,带宽低和插入损耗太大的问题。基于ADS软件仿真和优化,并用矢量网络分析仪进行测量其S21曲线,设计最终结果与理论吻合,达到指标要求。
A interdigital bandpass filter from 1 GHz to 1.41 GHz and another one from 1.41 GHz to 2 GHz are designed.They were from lumped low-pass structure transformation to interdigital microstrip line structure by classical design method,so as to solve the problems that complex structure,narrow bandwidth and huge insertion loss of lumped structure filter in high frequency.Based on ADS and VNA,the filters are simulated and optimized and the response of S21 had been measured.Final results show that achieve index requirements.
