摘要
对ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo铸造导叶热节附近出现的孔洞缺陷进行分析,结果表明,此类孔洞不是分散缩孔,而是内生式N2与CO复合型气孔缺陷。进而对此类缺陷提出相关防范措施。
The forming cause of porosity defect nearby hot spot of ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo guide vane casting was analyzed.The results show that the porosity is not dispersed shrinkage,but gas-hole caused by N2 and CO.Then responding measures availably solving gas-hole defect of the casting are put forward by practical production.
