摘要
引入Cockroft-Lathem韧性损伤准则,通过应用有限元技术模拟多组镁合金笔记本外壳薄板温冲成形方案的成形过程,同时计算损伤因子及分布,从而建立了一系列工艺参数对最大损伤因子的影响规律,并锁定两个角部为拉深成形最易破裂的区域。以追求损伤因子最小为目标得出了优化的工艺参数:成形温度250℃,压机速度4mm/s,摩擦因子0.09,压边力0.7MPa,凹模圆角半径5.1mm,凸凹模间隙1.15mm。
Cockroft-Lathem ductile damage criteria was introduced,a series of warm drawing processes for magnesium alloy notebook PC shell sheet were simulated by finite element method,the damage factors and their distribution were calculated.Then the effect of a series of forming parameters on the maximum damage factor was analyzed and the crack regions at the piece's corners were identified.Based on the objective of minimizing the damage factor,a set of optimal parameters were achieved: forming temperature 250 ℃,press speed 4 mm/s,friction factor 0.09,radius of die 5.1 mm,clearance between punch and die 1.15 mm.
