摘要
翻边是汽车覆盖件成形的重要工艺之一,对成形零件的回弹具有较大影响。从理论上分析了翻边的变形机理及翻边回弹的原因。以汽车翼子板为例,提取翻边模型,采用有限元法研究了翼子板与前盖配合棱线的回弹,通过与实测值比较发现,结果基本一致,证明了有限元模型的有效性。基于此,进一步分析了模具几何参数和工艺参数对回弹量的影响,为翼子板模具设计提供理论依据。
Flanging is a important process of vehicle drawing parts forming,which has great impact on parts' springback.The flanging deformation mechanism and its springback reason was theoretically analyzed.Taking vehicle front fender as example,the flange model was set up,FEM method was used to analyze the springback between the fender and the front cover's ridge;compared with the measured values,the results of FEM was consistent with it,which shows the FEM model is effective.Based on this,the influence of the die geometry and process parameters on springback was further analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the front fender dies design.
