摘要
以4,4'-联苯二酚和环氧氯丙烷为原料两步法合成4,4'-联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚。讨论了催化体系、原料配比、碱用量对产物质量的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:n(4,4'-联苯二酚)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶16;n(4,4'-联苯二酚)∶n(NaOH)=1∶3.0,并用红外光谱和核磁共振对产物结构进行表征,同时对产物的分子质量、环氧值、有机氯含量、无机氯含量、熔点进行测定。结果表明,它的分子质量为299.1,环氧值为0.65~0.67,有机氯<40mg/100g、无机氯<20mg/100g、熔程为159.1~160.4℃。
4,4’-biphenyl diglycidyl ether was synthesized from 4,4’-biphenol and epichlorohydrin by two-step method.Effects of catalyst,epichlorohydrin and base on synthesized 4,4’-biphenyl diglycidyl ether were investigate.The optimum process was that n(4,4’-biphenol):n(epichlorohydrin)=1:16 and n(4,4’-biphenol):n(NaOH)=1:3.0.The structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR.The molecular weight was analysed by mass spectrometry,the physical and chemical properties of product was determinated.The result showed as followed:molecular weight of the product 299.1,epoxide number 0.65-0.67,organic chloride content〈40 mg/100 g,inorganic chloride content〈20 mg/100 g and the process of thawing was 159.1-160.4.
