摘要
妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床表现常不典型,从而导致诊断困难、处理不及时,甚至并发阑尾穿孔。妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的诊断主要依靠超声、磁共振成像等影像学检查。妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的处理原则是尽快手术,降低阑尾穿孔的发生。
Acute appendicitis in pregnancy do not have ＂typical＂ clinical manifestations found in non- pregnant population. Delayed diagnosis or surgical intervention of this disease may result in appendiceal perforation. The main diagnostic modalities include uhrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. E- mergent surgical intervention, either laparotomie or laparoscopic appendectomy, is essential to avoid per- foration and subsequent possible complications.
