摘要
南海是我国海洋资源开发的重要基地,有着丰富的石油、天然气、渔业及旅游业等资源。由于南海争议区域涉及到周边国家的多重双边关系,同时还受到美、日等国亚太政策的影响,近年来南海问题已成为亚太地区乃至全球的热点问题。因此,要非常重视研究我国南海开发的管理模式和长效机制,深入分析我国在南海开发中的优势与劣势,构建南海争议区域经济合作开发的新型模式和运行机制。
The South China sea is China＇s ocean resources development the important base, has the rich petroleum, natural gas, fisheries and tourism, and other resources. Because of the south China sea dispute area is involved in the surrounding countries multiple bilateral relations, but also affected USA and Japan, the influence of the asia-pacific policy in recent years, the south China sea issue has become the asian-pacific region and the world as a hot issue. Therefore, to attaches great importance to the research development of south China sea the management mode and the long-effect mechanism, the analyses in the development of advantages and disadvantages in the south China sea dispute of regional , the construction economic cooperation development of new mode and operation mechanism.
