摘要 应用Ansys软件,对塑壳断路器的脱扣器建模并进行仿真计算,获得不同电流、不同气隙条件下的磁场力。以确定脱扣器反力弹簧所需的规格,为脱扣器的快速研发提供方法和思路。 The Ansys was used to model and simulate the release in moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB),so that the different currents and magnetic forces under different air-gap conditions were obtained,which could help to define the suitable standard for reaction force spring of the release,and thus to provide a more rapid way and thought to develop the release.
