MMP-7和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达和意义

摘要 目的:通过检测基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinase-7,MMP-7)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在胃癌中的表达,探讨它们在肿瘤转移和侵袭过程中的作用。方法:1.收集46例临床病理资料完整的胃癌手术切除标本及10例正常的胃组织标本。2.每例切片3张,分别用于HE染色病理形态学观察和MMP-7和MMP-9的表达情况的检测,分析其与胃癌浸润转移的关系。3.数据统计学分析用SPSS11.0软件,采用χ2检验和Spearman等级相关分析,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结果:10例正常胃组织中MMP-7和MMP-9的表达为阴性,46例胃癌组织中MMP-7的阳性表达率为73.91%,显著高于正常胃组织(P<0.05),MMP-7阳性表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、浸润程度、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。MMP-9的阳性表达率为80.43%,显著高于正常胃组织(P<0.05),MMP-9阳性表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,MMP-7和MMP-9表达呈正相关(相关系数r=0.504,P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中MMP-7和MMP-9呈现异常表达。胃癌组织中MMP-7和MMP-9的阳性率与胃癌淋巴结转移、浸润程度、分化程度相关,提示它们在胃癌的发生发展和浸润转移过程中有促进作用。胃癌组织中MMP-7和MMP-9表达正相关,提示其在胃癌的发生发展以及浸润转移中存在着相互促进的作用。MMP-7和MMP-9各自都可以成为胃癌诊断和预后判断的指标。
