摘要
在分析了光伏逆变器对吸收电路需求的基础上,结合传统IGBT逆变器吸收电路的特点和工作原理,提出了一种新型吸收电路。新型吸收电路通过在放电回路中使用电感元件,能够在不降低过电压吸收效果的前提下,极大缩短吸收电容放电时间。另外,新型吸收电路没有使用明显的耗能元件,所以功耗更低,效率更高,满足了光伏逆变器高频化、电压等级和功率等级不断提升的需求。通过理论分析、电路仿真和实验,证明了该新型吸收电路的有效性和适用性。
The requirements of snubber circuit used in photovoltaic inverter are analyzed,and combined with the features of snubber circuit used in traditional IGBT inverter and its working principle,a new snubber circuit is proposed,which adopts the inductive components in discharging circuit to effectively reduce the discharge time without any harm to overvoltage absorption and applies the low power-consumption components to meet the requirements of photovoltaic inverter for increasing high frequency,voltage and power level. Results of theoretical analysis,circuit simulation and experiments are given to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed snubber circuit.
