摘要
以复叶槭不同植株的种子为材料,对其进行沙藏处理后做发芽试验,结果表明:经过4周沙藏处理的种子,在25℃(±1℃)恒温和2 000 Lx照度条件下,1~4号树种子的发芽率分别为30%、85%、49%和61%,株间遗传差异显著;无论发芽率高低,各植株间种子的发芽时间相对集中,均为3 d时间。发芽前进行一定时间的沙藏处理可显著提高种子发芽的同步性。
A seed germination experiment of Acer negundo was conducted after seeds were stored in sand.The results showed that: after stored in sand for 4 weeks,under 25℃(±1℃)and 2 000 Lx,the germination percentage of seed(collected from No.1~4 individual plant)were 30%,85%,49% and 61%,respectively,indicating significant intra-specific genetic difference.Although the germination rate varied,the time for germination was relative steady,which was about 3 days.Before germination,storing seeds in sand could improve the synchronization of seed germination.
