摘要 以钛酸正丁酯、硝酸银为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶和水热协同的方法制备了不同载Ag量的Ag-TiO2光催化材料。采用XRD、红外光谱对其进行结构表征,TG-DSC对其进行热稳定性表征,紫外可见光谱对其进行光吸收表征。为了评估Ag-TiO2光催化材料的催化活性,在中性条件下以Ag-TiO2作为光催化剂,进行了在紫外光下催化降解甲基橙的实验,考察了不同载Ag量Ag-TiO2的光催化性能。实验表明,适量负载Ag后的TiO2在紫外光下光催化性能得到提高。当载Ag量为0.15%时光催化效果最好,过高的载Ag量反而会降低TiO2催化降解甲基橙的活性。 Ag-doped nanoscale TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared with tetrabutyl titanate and silver nitrate as raw materials by the sol-gel and hydrothermal method.The structure,heat stability and optical properties of the Ag-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were characterized by XRD,IR,TG-DSC and UV-Vis.In order to evaluate the catalytic property of Ag-doped TiO2,the catalyzed degradation reaction of methyl orange was carried out under ultraviolet light at neutral conditions.The experimental results showed that the Ag-doped TiO2 catalysts exhibited the good photocatalytic performance under UV light in comparison with pure TiO2.According to experimental results,Ag-doped TiO2 with the loading quantity of 0.15% was the best.However,The more load of Ag on TiO2 can reduce the catalytic activity for methyl orange because the more amount of silver can decrease the light absorption of TiO2.
