摘要 目的探讨有明显移位的第五掌骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法对24例第五掌骨颈部骨折采用AO迷你髁钢板进行切开复位内固定治疗,术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果术后随访6~12个月,用TAFS评价疗效优良率达91.6%。无骨折不愈合及延迟愈合。结论对于第五掌骨颈部骨折采用积极切开复位AO迷你髁钢板固定,术后功能恢复优良,外观良好。 Objective To evaluate fracture treatment of obvious displacement of neck of the fifth metacarpal. Methods In 24 cases of the fifth metacarpal neck fractures using AO Mini condyle plate for open reduction and internal fixation, early postoperative functional exercise. Results Postoperative follow-up 6-12 months, using TAFS to evaluate the efficacy of the excellent and good rate was 91.6%. Without fracture delayed union and nonunion. Conclusion For the fifth metacarpal neck fractures open reduction using active AO Mini condyle plate fixation, postoperative functional restoration of excellent, good appearance.
