摘要
采用多元回归分析方法分别建立了未吹氧和吹氧工艺条件下RH-TOP精炼终点钢水温度的预测模型。对预测温度统计分析结果表明:未吹氧条件下,模型对RH-TOP精炼终点温度的预测误差在±5℃和±10℃时的命中率分别为83%和99%;吹氧条件下,模型对RH精炼终点温度的预测误差在±5℃和±10℃时的命中率分别为79%和96%。
The prediction models for the end point temperature ot molten steel in RH- TOP refining under the conditions of oxygen blowing and non-oxygen blowing are established respectively by mean of multiple regression analysis method. Results of statistical analysis on temperature prediction show that under the condition of non-oxygen blowing the hitting probability of prediction deviation of ± 5℃ and ± 10 ℃ is 83 % and 99 respectively; under the condition of oxygen blowing the hitting probability of prediction deviation of ±5 ℃ and ± 10 ℃ is 79 % and 96 % respectively.
