摘要
对苦皮素A进行了1H和13C MNR检测,通过DEPT和1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC等2 D NMR技术对该化合物所有的1H和13C NMR信号进行了全归属和详细解析,并采用HMBC技术对文献中与苦皮素A化学结构相关的错误报道进行了修正.
One insecticidal active compound, angulatin A, was isolated from an insecticidal plant, Celastrus Angulatus Maxim. In this paper, using a combination of 1 D (^1H, ^13C NMR, NOE and DEPT) and 2 D NMR (^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) techniques, its ^1H and ^13C NMR spectras was completely assigned and analyzed. Its structure in the literature was corrected by HMBC technique.
