摘要
目的了解某化工企业多种职业性有害因素低水平接触对作业工人健康的影响。方法选择某化工企业中多种职业性有害因素低水平接触的工人119名作为观察组,将观察组作业4 a后的体检资料与上岗前体检资料进行对比,采用2χ检验进行统计学分析。结果观察组在岗期间的高血压、脂肪肝及红细胞增多的检出率与上岗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组高血压与脂肪肝的检出率与当地年龄相当的不接触职业性有害因素人群的发生率接近。观察组其他指标作业前、后无差异。结论该企业工人在多种化工职业性有害因素低水平接触4 a后,尚未发现对健康有明显损害。
Objective To explore health effects of exposures to low level occupational hazards in a chemical enterprise.Methods 119 workers exposed to low level varied occupational hazards from a chemical enterprise were taken as the observation group.The health examination data of the observation group were compared with those of pre-employment recorded 4 years ago.The data were analyzed with chi-square test.Results The incidences of hypertension,fatty liver and red blood cell increase in the observation group were significantly different from those of the per-employment（P0.05）.However,the incidences of hypertension and fatty liver of the observation group were close to those of the local population with corresponding age and without occupational hazards exposure.The other items of the observation group before and after working were not significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusions After 4 years＇ exposure to low level occupational hazards,no adverse health effect has been found in workers of this chemical enterprise.
