摘要
采用超固相线液相烧结法制备了纳米Y_2O_3质量分数为0~8%的氧化物弥散强化镍基高温合金,研究了烧结温度、Y_2O_3含量对该合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:含1.5%Y_2O_3的合金经过1265℃真空烧结2h后,综合性能最佳,相对密度为98.13%,抗拉强度为770MPa,后续的热等静压处理可以促进合金的致密化,使抗拉强度进一步提高,达838 MPa。
Oxide dispersion strengthening(ODS) nickel-based superalloys with different contents of nano Y2O3 (0 8wt%) were prepared by supersolidus liquid phase sintering rhethod. The effects of sintering temperature and Y2O3 content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the alloy with 1.5wt% Y2O3 sintered at 1 265 ℃ for 2 h had optimal comprehensive properties, that the relative density was 98.13%, tensile strength was 770 MPa. The relative density of the alloy could he improved further by following hot isostatic pressing process, tensile strength could be increased to 838 MPa.
