正性、负性超声造影剂在子宫输卵管超声造影中联合应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨在子宫输卵管超声造影(HyCoSy)中联合应用正性(SonoVue)及负性(NaCl)超声造影剂的可行性。方法对95例不孕患者进行HyCoSy,依次注入NaCl及SonoVue造影剂,分别依据NaCl、SonoVue及SonoVue+NaCl造影剂所获图像观察宫腔有无异常及输卵管是否通畅,并将检查结果与宫腔镜、腹腔镜结果对照。结果 SonoVue+NaCl既可清楚显示宫腔病变,又可明确诊断输卵管通畅性,优于单独使用SonoVue或NaCl造影剂。结论 SonoVue和NaCl联合应用于子宫输卵管超声造影,可提高对宫腔及输卵管病变的诊断准确率。 Objective To assess the feasibility of combined application for positive contrast agents(SonoVue) and negative contrast agents(NaCl) in hysterosalpingo contrast sonography(HyCoSy).Methods Ninety-five patients underwent HyCoSy.The uterine cavity and fallopian tubal patency were evaluated after NaCl injection and the following SonoVue,respectively.The HyCoSy results obtained with the above methods were compared with those of laparoscopy and hysteroscope.Results SonoVue+NaCl HyCoSy not only displayed the uterine cavity diseases,but also clearly diagnosed the fallopian tubal,which was superior to HyCoSy single use SonoVue or NaCl.Conclusion Combined application of SonoVue and NaCl can improve the displaying rate of both uterine cavity and fallopian tubal in HyCoSy.
