摘要
目的探讨糖心合剂对2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者心功能的影响。方法将49例2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者随机分为对照组20例、治疗组29例,对照组采用西药常规治疗(强心剂、利尿剂、血管紧素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂及硝酸酯类药物),治疗组在对照组基础上口服糖心合剂4粒,每日3次,共治疗12周。比较两组的临床疗效,心脏超声检测治疗前后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、E/A值,评价心功能。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为89.65%,对照组为60.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心功能各项指标均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗后EF、FS较前有所好转(P<0.01),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论糖心合剂能够改善2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者的心功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tangxin Heji （Compound capsules for diabetic patients with cardiac insufficiency） on the cardiac function in type 2 diabetic patients with heart failure. Methods Totally 49 type Ⅱ diabetic patients were randomized into control group of 20 cases, and treatment group of 29 cases. The conventional therapy such as cardiotonic, diuretic, angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitor, J-receptor blocker, and nitrate medications were conducted in the control group. The treatment group was administered Tangxin Heji additionally on the basis of conventional therapy, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day. The treatment lasted 12 weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Before and after treatment, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）, the left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESD）, the left ventricle ejection fraction （EF）, the left ventricle fraction shorting （FS）, and the maximum systolic blood flow velocity of early diastolic / late diastolic （E/A） were detected by echocardiography for evaluating the heart function. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 89.65% and 60% respectively, the former was superior to the latter （P〈0.05）. The heart function indices of the treatment group were improved and there was a statistical significance in difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The EF and FS of the control group were improved after treatment （P〈0.01）, while the improvement in the treatment group was more than that of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The safety indices of both groups showed no obvious changes after treatment. Conclusion Tangxin Heji is effective and safe in improving the heart func- tion of Type Ⅱ diabetic patients with cardiac insufficiency.
