摘要
对国民党司法机关的接管和改造,奠定了新中国法制的基石。接管和改造工作的指导思想、步骤措施、成败得失和经验教训,对于新中国法制的形成和发展,起了重要的作用。苏南地区国民党司法机关众多,其接管和改造工作具有一定的典型性。
Taking over and renovation to the kuomintang judicial organs laid the foundation of new Chinese legal system. The guiding ideology, measures, success ,losses, experiences and lessons played an important role to the formation and development of legal system of new China. The tak ing over and renovation in southern Jiangsu had some typical where the kuomintang judicial organs was numerous.
