沿海高速公路建设期环境影响量化评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 以沿海高速(秦皇岛至乐亭段)为工程背景,借助模糊综合评价法构建出的综合评价模型,对公路建设期产生的环境影响进行量化评价,同时结合大量动态监测数据,对评价结果进行验证分析.其结果表明,评价模型能够较好地反映工程建设对环境的影响程度.至此建议同类工程可采用理论模型对环境影响进行量化分析和预判,同时重点依靠动态监测来实现过程控制和比对验证,两者的紧密结合可为完善高速公路的环境评判系统提供一条有效途径. The environmental effect of expressway construction is evaluated quantitatively by the compositive evaluation model which is set up through Fuzzy evaluation method against the expressway of Yanhai(Qinhuangdao city to Laoting country).Meanwhile,the result of evaluation is analyzed and verified by combining with numerous dynamic monitoring data.As a result,the evaluation model can reflect the degree of influence by engineering construction well.So the quantitative analysis and prejudgment of environmental effect on similar projects can be carried out in the help of theory model,at the same time,the process control and comparison are achieved relying heavily on dynamic monitoring.The tight coupling of both sides can provide an effective way for perfecting the environmental evaluation system of expressway.
