摘要
目的掌握卫生服务能力建设工程实施以来江西省县级综合医院服务能力建设进展情况,为今后进一步加强县级综合医院的标准化建设提供理论依据。方法采用普查办法,分别对县级综合医院进行2007年基线数据及2010年终期数据调查,内容包括县级综合医院的房屋、设备和服务功能等情况。结果县级综合医院2010年的平均房屋建筑面积、平均每院医疗设备台件数、平均每院设备总价值为26 653.50 m2、446.69台件、2 041.67万元,分别比2007年底的数据提高21.86%、51.27%和35.08%。县级综合医院2010年病床使用率、治愈率为92.71%、92.79%,分别比2007年提高19.44%、1.53%;2010年平均每院次均门诊费用、次均住院费用为111.05元、2 507.80元,分别比2007年提高22.07%、25.07%;2010年平均每院年门诊人次数为113 279.10人次,比2007年下降6.58%。结论县级综合医院的基础设施建设成效显著,医疗服务技术水平和质量也有较大提高,但必须持续加强县级综合医院服务能力建设,提升服务水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of the infrastructure and service function of county general hospitals in Jiangxi province,and to provide a theoretical basis for further strengthening standardization construction of county general hospitals.Methods A census survey was performed to investigate the infrasturcture,equipments and service function of county general hospitals in Jiangxi province,and the data in 2010 were compared with the baseline（2007）.Results The average area of housing construction,average number of medical equipments and total value of equipments per hospital were 26 653.50 m2,446.69 and 20.4167 million yuan in 2010,with increase of 21.86%,51.27% and 35.08% compared with 2007,respectively.The bed occupancy rate and cure rate were 92.71% and 92.79% in 2010,with increase of 19.44% and 1.53% compared with 2007,respectively.The outpatient costs and hospitalization costs per time were 111.05 yuan and 2 507.80 yuan,with increase of 22.07% and 25.07% compared with 2007,respectively.The average outpatient number per hospital per year was 113 279.10 in 2010,with a decrease of 6.58% compared with 2007.Conclusion The infrastructure and the level and quality of medical service have been improved in county general hospitals in Jiangxi province.However,the service capacity building must be continued to enhance the service level.
