混凝土养护过程中温湿度的测定分析 被引量:6

摘要 以重庆国际投资咨询集团有限公司综合办公楼主体工程为例,研究分析混凝土内部温湿度的变化规律,选取了典型的C30混凝土,通过采用覆盖洒水养护、模拟现场条件养护及标准养护来测定不同养护条件下的混凝土内部温湿度、及养护过后的力学性能及耐久性指标来评定养护效果。实验发现混凝土表层范围内的相对湿度在早龄期内的变化较大。覆盖养护的养护效果要好于现场条件养护,并且接近于标准养护条件的养护效果。 Based on the writer's experience working in the construction spots in Chongqing International Investment Consulting Group Co.,Ltd.The writer analyzes the temperature and humidity changes inside the concrete main office building project.The studies have ddetermined that the temperature and humidity inside the concrete during concrete curing Process.The concrete is cured in three ways including coverage sacks curing,simulated field curing and standard curing,determined that mechanical properties and durability indicators after curing to assess curing effect.It was found that the relative humidity significantly changes with the concrete surface,that the coverage sack curing is better than simulated field and that its effect is close to the standard curing.
