钳道2．4mm胃镜在小儿上消化道异物治疗中的应用 被引量：11

摘要 上消化道异物是小儿常见急诊，滞留者用胃镜多可取出。适合小儿胃镜一般外径在9mm内，钳道直径若小于2．8mm，取异物时有些操作器械不能直接通过钳道置入。可能对治疗带来困难。本文回顾分析我院收治小上消化道异物病例，根据其临床特点，探讨钳道2．4mm胃镜治疗异物的价值。
