摘要
针对准噶尔盆地致密碎屑岩储层压裂施工中使用的KCl加重压裂液,本文利用实验测定了压裂液的流变性。实验得出,当前准噶尔盆地致密碎屑岩储层开采所使用的压裂液具有高粘度,抗剪切能力强,耐高温,交联性好的特点。其性能优劣的主要受羟丙基胍胶(GHPG)的浓度以及交联比的大小的影响。此外,本文还将其性能与常规压裂液性能进行了比较,对比显示出其在携砂能力方面具有较强的优越性。
The rheology of KCl heavy fracturing fluid used in the tight clastic reservoir of Junggar Basin was tested through experiments in this paper.The result of the experiment showed that the fracturing fluid used in the tight clastic reservoir of Junggar Basin had higher viscosity,higher shear capacity and higher temperature capacity.Its performance has related to the concentration of GHPG and the crossing-linking ratio of the fracturing fluid.Besides,the paper had also compared the performance of the KCl heavy fracturing fluid to that of the conventional fracturing fluid.And the comparison showed that the KCl heavy fracturing fluid had more sand-carrying capacity than that of the conventional ones.
