摘要
目的对某院医疗纠纷案例进行分析,了解医疗纠纷发生现状,明晰医疗纠纷的发生规律,为防范和减少医疗纠纷提供参考依据。方法对该院2005年~2010年的109例已赔付医疗纠纷案例进行统计分析。结果医院自2007年实行医疗风险预警和医疗纠纷干预体系后,医疗纠纷的发生数和发生率都呈下降趋势,医疗纠纷赔款数逐年下降;农村来源、初高中文化程度、60岁以上的老年患者是医疗纠纷的高危人群;外科是医疗纠纷发生的高危学科;协商是医疗纠纷解决的主要途径;导致医疗纠纷产生的前3位主要原因依次是业务水平不足、并发症和医疗意外、职业道德缺失。结论加强医务人员技能水平培训、提高医务人员的业务水平、加强职业道德水平建设,可以防范和减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To provide reference on prevention and reduction of medical disputes for hospital administra- tors by analyzing and revealing the development trace of medical disputes in a large comprehensive hospital. Method Analyzing and summarizing the statistic results of 109 dispute cases in the hospital from 2005 to 2010. Result The case number, rate and compensation amount of medical disputes had decreased yearly since the implementation of medical risk precaution and medical disputes prevention system, such as zero report system of medical dispute risks. Surgical depart- ments possessed a high risk concerning the likelihood of medical disputes. Medical proficiency, complication and lacking of professional morals were the top three main reasons in terms of causing medical disputes. Conclusions Strengthening the training of staff, improving staff's business level, strengthening the professional and ethical standards could prevent and reduce medical disputes.
