摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥为基体,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫为填料制作水泥基吸声复合材料.实验采用半干法工艺成型,主要考察了水灰比、铝粉掺入量和聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)掺入量等因素对复合材料材料吸声性能的影响,尤其是对频率f<300 Hz范围内声音的吸声性能的影响.实验中采用驻波管和SEM扫描仪对样品的吸声系数和微观结构进行了测量和分析.结果表明:当水灰比为0.55、铝粉的掺入量为0.04%、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)的掺入量为2.5%时,对频率f<300 Hz范围内的声音的吸声系数的平均值为0.348.
In this paper,cement-based sound-absorbing composite material is made with ordinary portland cement as matrix and polymethacrylimide foam(PMI) as the filler.Semi-dry forming process is used in experiments,mainly for regulating water-cement ratio,amount of aluminum powder mixing,polymethacrylimide(PMI) mixing effect on the sound absorption properties,especially of the low frequency sound of f〈300 Hz.Standing wave tube and SEM is used in experiments to measure the absorption coefficient of the sample and observe the microstructure of the sample.The results show that when the water cement ration is 0.55,amount of aluminum powder mixing is 0.04%,and the amount of polymethacrylimide(PMI) mixing is 2.5%,the average value of the absorption coefficient on the frequency sound of f〈300 Hz is 0.348.
