摘要
以上海又一城冠军滑冰场为研究对象,采取文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过对长三角地区滑冰场的运营情况、经营项目、营销宣传方式、学员概况等方面进行的调查分析,得知滑冰场处于盈利的状况,有较好发展前景,但同时也存在配套设施不完善、宣传手段单一、场地闲置情况严重、市场占有率相对较小等问题,为此,提出了要争取政府加大扶持力度,不断完善市场环境,提高公众参与度,拓展潜在顾客群体,完善滑冰场馆自身软件建设等建议。
By adopting methods of the documentation, interview, logic analysis and so on, this paper takes YouYicheng Champion Rink in Shanghai as research object to research its current situation of operation, project management, system management and sales strategy. Although the current YouYicheng ChampionRink is profitable and maintains good momentum of development, problems still exist, like inadequate facilities, single publicity means, serious idle--site condition, relatively small market share, etc. So the paper puts forward advices such as to let the government increase its support, to continuously improve the market environment, to enhance the public participation, to expand the potential customer groups, to improve skating rinks＇ software development, etc.
