本信息传递方式不仅满足了铁水"一罐到底"工艺流程特殊要求,也适用于普通钢铁厂尤其是大型钢铁厂复杂物流输配信息互通。由标准称量现场操作盘和铁水接收+使用数据包组成,现场操作盘间的数据包传递不需要网络物理传输介质,依靠铁水车运输司机携带的射频卡为载体进行高炉与炼钢区域和铸铁机室间往复数据包传递。
