摘要
教育公平是全民教育的灵魂,没有教育机会的均等,就谈不上社会公平。近年来,随着高等教育大众化的发展,高等教育权利平等问题已经成为一个社会热点问题,引起人们的广泛关注。文章分析了高等教育权利平等理论依据以及高等教育入学机会的差异及由此引发的问题,并给出了相关策略和思考。
Fairness is the soul of the civil education,for there would be no social justice if there is no equality of educational opportunities.Recently,with the development of the popular of higher education,the equal educational rights in higher education has become a hot topic in society and aroused people＇s wide concern.The article analysis the theory of equal educational rights in higher education,also analysis areas variance of access opportunity of higher education and its other problems,then gives corresponding policy suggestions.
