摘要
目的探讨基础护理技能系统培训模式对提高新聘护士临床护理技术操作能力和相关知识水平的效果。方法改革基础护理临床技能培训模式,落实新招聘护士分层次培训计划,开展系统、全面、规范的基础护理技能培训。结果新招聘护士培训后基础护理操作技能及相关理论水平得到提高。结论系统培训后新招聘护士操作规范,积极学习进取,可应用基础护理技术和基本知识来解决临床护理问题。
Objective To discuss the effect of systematic training of basic nursing skills for recruit nurses on heightening their nursing practice ability and relevant knowledge level. Methods Reform basic nursing clinical skill training mode,implementing the new recruit nurses hierarchical training scheme,develop systematic,comprehensive and standard basic nursing skill training. Results After these training,new recruit nurses＇ basic nursing skill and relevant knowledge level have been elevated. Conclusion After systematic training,the new recruit nurses can operate as standard,learning actively,apply basic nursing skill and basic knowledge to resolve problems they meet in clinical nursing care.
