摘要
通过分析和谐交通与可持续交通发展要求和低碳交通发展理念,研究了在构建和谐交通与可持续交通规划中如何践行低碳交通发展理念,为和谐交通与可持续交通规划提供参考。
This paper analyzed harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation and low-carbon transportation development idea,and studied how to implement the low-carbon transportation development idea in traffic plan of building harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation.Research results could be taken as reference to harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation plan.
