摘要 由于国际海事组织对于EEDI基线公式尚未确定,为在现阶段推动新建船舶的节能减排,提出了船舶能效数据库样本数据的新船能效设计指数(EEDI)基本值(最低水准)的确定方法,用于新设计船实际EEDI相对于与基本值(最低水准)的比较;还推荐一个仅涉及主机参数的简化能效公式,用以船舶初步设计阶段对能效的评估;并建议加快建立我国船舶EEDI数据库,为提高我国船舶绿色程度发挥主导作用。 Since IMO has not yet determined the baseline equation for EEDI, this paper proposes a calculation method for the basal value (minimum level) of EEDI for new building ships based on the sample data from marine efficiency database, for comparing the actual EEDI with this basal value (minimum level); additionally, a simplified efficiency equation taking into account only the parameters of the main engine is proposed for efficiency evaluation in the preliminary design phase; development of domestic marine EEDI database is highly suggested, which can play a leading role in improving domestic green marine technology.
